Oops.

I knew this pattern was going too well. I was working on the armwarmers and got to the thumb gusset when I realized something was weird. To make a long story short, I went to the craftster forum, looked at pictures of other people's armwarmers, and realized I started the rib off wrong at the very beginning. Instead of starting and ending with k1 I did k2. I'm not really sure what I was thinking :) It doesn't really make a huge difference in the cable pattern, especially since its hard to see since the yarn is dark. It basically just pushes things over to the left, but I still think it looks funny. I probably wouldn't care about it but these are intended as a gift and I am a bit anal about things, especially with gifts. I don't really have the heart to frog the whole thing, so I might just keep the weird pair I'm making now for myself and start a new one for the gift. Gives me an excuse to buy more noro I guess. In other news I finished the Lelah top but probably wont have time to put pictures up till I get back from Las Vegas. We leave on Wednesday for an optometry convention and don't get back until Sunday. I've never been to Vegas so I'm reaaalllllllly looking forward to it. I'm not a big gambler but I do love the slot machines :) Should be fun!
